The streets surrounding the playground and beyond have a new luster that transformed the identity of the neighborhood. It is now a new way to the future of Fishtown, East Kensington and Olde Richmond not how we remember it or imagined it. The mixture of permanent and transitory residents is expanding. The "Hillbilly High Rise" (zoning height codes) multi-unit is a newly prominent part of Fishtown's skyline and beyond.
